Climatic tests
Your equipment is tested for the temperatures and humidity it can endure. The functionality of your equipment is verified in the largest climatic chamber in the Czech Republic. Several smaller climatic chambers are also available.
- Large-capacity climatic chambers for functional tests. Testing buses, trams, trucks, military technology, industrial machines, and equipment.
- Type testing for box and cooling box vehicle bodies – “K” coefficient measurements.
- Temperature maps of transportation spaces for the pharmaceutical industry according to GDP directive requirements (Good Manufacturing Practice).
Our equipment ranges from the smallest climatic chamber with a volume of 0.36 m3 to the biggest large-capacity climatic chamber in the Czech Republic with a volume of 630 m3.
Large-capacity climatic chambers are used for testing functionality and performance under extreme temperatures.
They are also useful for testing the properties of refrigeration boxes and the performance of refrigeration units installed on vehicles.
The chambers can also be used for comparative tests of units installed on various vehicle types.
CCR1 - Climate Control Room 1 (low and high temperature with humidity control)

CCR2 - Climate Control Room 2a and 2b (ambient temperature)

CAB1 - Climate Control Room 3 (high humidity and high temperature)
- Room size: 8,2 m x 4,7 m x 2,9 m, entrance gates: 2,5 m x 2,5 m
- temperature range: +15 °C to +60 °C

- stability of the environment: Temperature ± 0,5 °C, Humidity ± 3 %, Airflow 0,1-0,2 m/s
TTU1 - Calorimetric Test Lab 1 (low and high temperature without humidity control)
- Chamber size: 3,1 m x 3,4 m x 3 m, entrance gates 2,5 m x 3 m
- temperature range: -35 °C to +60 °C
- temperature stability: ± 0,3 °C
TTU2 - Calorimetric Test Lab 2 (low and high temperature without humidity control)
- Chamber size: 4,6 m x 3,4 m x 3 m, entrance gates 2,5 x 3 m

CC1 – Climatic chamber 1 (low and high temperature with humidity control and fast temperature change)
- Chamber size 1,5 m x 1,5 m x 1,1 m (volume 2.5 m3)

CC2 – Climatic chamber 2 (low and high temperature with humidity control and fast temperature change)
